The Carol Saunders Swim School

The Carol Saunders Swim School follows the Amateur Swimming Association National Teaching Plan for Swimming. This therefore maintains and ensures high quality teaching for all with emphasis on the quality of strokes involving a multi-skilled approach of teaching. The lessons are structured to work towards the ten stages of the National plan for teaching swimming as well as the bronze, silver, gold & honours challenge awards. Distance awards will also be achieved.

Swimming Teachers

All our swimming teachers are A.S.A. and / or alternatively S.T.A. qualified as well as pool lifeguard and child protection qualifications ensuring a safe environment.

Lesson Duration

The lessons during term time are held over 10, 11 or 12 weeks for duration of 25 minutes per lesson.
Crash courses are held during the summer holidays and are held over 10 days for a duration of 25 minutes per lesson.

The Carol Saunders Swim School is affiliated to ASA, RLSS & Swimming Teachers Association.
