At Carol Saunders Swim School we strive to recruit the best in the business and as the swim school has grown so has our family.
Most of our team have been with us as swimmers themselves and have grown as we have grown and reinforce our core values and ethos of high standards.
Every member of our team is passionate about providing exceptional swimming teaching, their commitment and determination ensures that the swimmers in our care learn through fun, games and progressive practices.

Position: Founder / Director
Qualifications: BSc (Hons), BTF Tri Coach, STA & ASA Tutor
Carol began her love of swimming from a very early age. Carol swam competitively at County & District levels until taking up swimming teaching. At the age of 18 she gained her Teaching Certificate. Carol is the founder of a number of successful competitive swimming clubs, coaching and developing many swimmers to become National Finalists.

Qualifications: BSc (Hons), BTF Tri Coach, STA & ASA Tutor
Naiomi 'assisted' Carol teaching the classes at Sherburn from the age of 7 when the swim school began gained her ASA Level 2 at the age of 18. Naiomi continued to develop her sports career further with her honours degree in Sport & Exercise Science. Naiomi has competed at Regional and National Championships.
Position: Accounts & Marketing Manager
Qualifications: Chartered Institute of Marketing: Advanced Certificate, BA (Hons)
Kate works as our Marketing and Database Manager, and has been bringing her own children to the swim school for a number of years.
Kate is responsible for account management, website, design and execution of marketing campaigns and company promotional materials.

Qualifications: Snack stealing and Haribo-eating extraordinaire...as well as Level 2 Swimming Teacher!
