One:One Lessons cater for all ages and all abilities.
Coaching sessions are available for sports specific requirements, stroke analysis drills and strength and endurance training.
Our priviate 1:1 lessons (for children and adults) are an ideal way to learn to swim and offer you the undivided attention of your swimming instructor allowing them to work with you to develop you skills and confidence at a pace that you are comfortable with. Instructors can follow the same framework as our group lessons or can prvide you with a personal coaching plan based on your aims for the sessions.
We also offer One:Two lessons, which are ideal when both swimmers are of a similar ability and can be siblings, friends, mother and daughter… Please check our lesson information for availability.
