We consider our staff to be a huge part of the Carol Saunders Swim School family and as such we aim to encourage, inspire and motivate them to be the best they can, by supporting them both personally and professionally. A number of our current staff were once swimmers of the Carol Saunders Swim School!

NAIOMITILDA

We actively encourage our staff to complete further education and continuously update and implement best practice at work. We look to recruit for a minimum qualification of Level 2 in our Lead Teacher and Swimming Coordinator vacancies as we believe this fits well into the standard of swimming tuition and customer care we are striving to deliver.

We are very fortunate to have the wealth of knoweldge, experience and education within the Swim School Management Team – who continuously share their knowledge and experience with their peers. We also look to offer opportunities for trainees and volunteers so that we can offer a route to harness fresh new talent into the aquatics sector.

As part of our team, you will benefit from competitive remuneration, career opportunities, professional development and staff benefits which include free swimming tuition for your own children and lots more besides.
